These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Planet-Hosts. By using any of our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Description of Services

Planet-Hosts provides Hosting, Shoutcast streaming, Web Design, and WordPress website services. Services are provided "as-is" and may vary in availability, performance, and features over time.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian. You must provide accurate account details and keep them updated.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Billing and Payments

• All services are billed on a monthly or yearly basis unless otherwise agreed.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service.
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a service-level agreement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel at any time via your client portal. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are only provided in cases of billing errors or service-level guarantees not being met.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials developed by Planet-Hosts (excluding customer content) are our intellectual property. You agree not to reproduce or redistribute them without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Planet-Hosts is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to use or inability to use our services, including data loss or downtime.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and New York State. Legal disputes must be resolved in courts located in New York.
