Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of services provided by Planet-Hosts, including Hosting, Shoutcast streaming, Web Design, and WordPress Hosting services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. General Conduct

You are responsible for your actions and the content you host, share, stream, or transmit using our services. You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, harms, or interferes with our infrastructure or services.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to store, display, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal under local, national, or international law
• Contains or promotes hate speech, racism, or threats of violence
• Includes pornography involving minors or non-consensual content
• Promotes fraud, phishing, or deceptive schemes
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights

3. Network Abuse

You may not engage in activities that impair our network or disrupt other users, including:

• Launching or participating in Denial-of-Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks
• Port scanning, packet sniffing, or network probing
• Excessive use of CPU, bandwidth, or other system resources
• Running resource-intensive bots or scripts (e.g., mining, torrenting)

4. Email and Messaging

Mass email campaigns or bulk messaging using Planet-Hosts services must comply with all anti-spam laws. The following is prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam)
• Operating open mail relays or mail bombs
• Sending misleading or spoofed headers

5. Enforcement and Violations

Violation of this AUP may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of services without refund. Planet-Hosts reserves the right to monitor usage, investigate reported issues, and take appropriate legal action where necessary.
