Do we offer unlimited this, that, or the other thing?
Negative! While we do offer some 'unlimited' features such as email accounts, ftp accounts, subdomains, etc., we do not under any circumstance offer you UNLIMITED space or bandwidth. Neither of these are possibilities. Why? Have you seen an "unlimited" GB hard disk? We haven't !
We at Planet-Hosts do not outsource in any way. If you are speaking to an PH staff member, you can bet they are a contracted employee! We do provide an outsourcing service in our web design field, but this is only a contract-finding service. We will work with our clients to find the best web developer to fit their needs and budget. Any web developer you may contract through PH is an approved partner of PH.
